Makes 1 cup

Always use certified organic ingredients where possible
1/2c cashews/macadamias/blanched almonds (i used a half/half blend of the first two)
2 tsp yacon syrup/coconut nectar/agave syrup/brown rice malt syrup OR 1 medjool date
1 Tbsp white chia seeds
½ tsp vanilla powder
Pinch organic sea salt
½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
c = 250ml cup, tbsp = 15ml tablespoon, tsp = 5ml teaspoon
