A Taste Of What’s To Come
Be Good Cooking School is the culmination of everything I’ve learned over the past 15 years about plant-based nutrition and natural health. I wanted to create a space where I could teach you all that I share with my private Nutrition and Naturopathy clients, whilst also still incorporating the recipe aspect from my blog. This time though – we’re learning through in-depth videos, as if you and I were together in person.

What’s included?
An Essentials membership includes all the recipes (over 100 at present, with a new recipe added every week), with half of them containing step-by-step nutritional videos.
A VIP membership in contrast includes a nutritional video for every recipe, guest chef episodes every month, and exclusive monthly natural health seminars on popular plant-based topics such as protein, iron, B12, as well as health topics such as stress, sleep, and imnunity. Plus, you’ll have the benefit of calling upon Buffy for her personal nutritional support every step of the way.
Can I go at my own pace?
Absolutely. All of the videos and recipes are at your fingertips from day one. When you join, Buffy will take you through the first 20 recipes over 10 weeks (2 recipes per week via email). But if you want to go faster or slower, go wild.
One thing’s for sure, you’ll never get bored, as Buffy adds a brand new recipe and video every single week. Catch up with her, we dare you.
Can I pause my membership?
We know, life gets busy. So as a benefit of your membership, you can pause at any time, for up to one month per year. We figure that’s just enough time for you to go on your annual holiday (and leave the kitchen duties, and laptop behind!).
What if I don’t love it?
Buffy designed Cooking School in response to the hundreds of questions and requests she’s had via her blog over the years. So we’re absolutely sure you will love it.
