Be Good Cooking School is the culmination of everything I’ve learned over the past 15 years about plant-based nutrition and natural health. I wanted to create a space where I could teach you all that I share with my private Nutrition and Naturopathy clients, whilst also still incorporating the recipe aspect from my blog. This time though – we’re learning through in-depth videos, as if you and I were together in person.

Can I go at my own pace?
Absolutely. All of the videos and recipes are at your fingertips from day one. When you join, Buffy will take you through the first 20 recipes over 10 weeks (2 recipes per week via email). But if you want to go faster or slower, go wild.
One thing’s for sure, you’ll never get bored, as there are over 135 recipe videos and natural health seminars to choose from. Complete the lot – and we’ll send you a special congratulatory certificate and prize!
