Work With Me
During your consultations, Buffy will focus on a holistic integrative medicine approach. Nutrition is at the core of all her treatment plans, but she also incorporates herbal medicine, essential oils, supplementation, and lifestyle changes as necessary.
Buffy will review your current health concerns, health history, and desired goals. She will then create a Long Term Naturopathic Plan – your personalised blue print on how to move towards your health goals. This plan will include specific nutritional recommendations, practical lifestyle changes, blood test investigations, further areas of education, and herbal medicine and supplement recommendations where appropriate.
Follow Up Consultations
Normally conducted weekly or fortnightly after your initial consultation for three months, then monthly thereafter if your progress is consistent and goals are being achieved. Each session Buffy will review your progress, offer guidance and advice, and answer any questions you may have. She will then update your Long Term Naturopathic Plan as needed, and create a new set of short term goals for the coming period.
Having studied Naturopathy and Herbal Medicine, and practiced in clinic for over six years, I’ve seen the incredible benefits plant-based medicine can have on your health. One of the easiest ways you can benefit from herbal medicine in your everyday life is by using essential oils. Whether this be by diffusing them in your home, applying them topically to your skin, or adding a few drops to recipes.
Five years ago I began using a particular range of oils by dōTERRA, which I found incredibly beneficial in supporting my mood and sleep. I had struggled with anxiety, depression, and insomnia for years, and using these oils made a significant difference to my ability to manage.
Not long after, I began introducing them to my Nutrition and Naturopathy clients, and after seeing them also achieve amazing results, I decided to work with dōTERRA. I’m now able to share these therapeutic oils with you, so that you can reap the benefits too.
If you’re interested in learning more, watch my Intro to Essential Oils Workshop below. I’ll teach you the basics of oils, how to use them, and the benefits. Once you’re ready to join me, click the button below.
