What’s included?

Can I go at my own pace?

Absolutely. All of the videos, recipes, and clinical seminars are at your fingertips from day one. When you join, my guided kickstart will take you through your first 20 recipes and core nutrition foundations over 10 weeks (2 per week via email). But if you want to go faster or slower, go wild.

One thing’s for sure, you’ll never get bored. With over 135 videos total, including my deep-dive seminars on weight loss, stress, and energy, you can binge-watch the content that matters most to you right now. Complete the curriculum and you’ll even graduate as a certified Nutrition School Coach.

What time is the Live Call every month?

Our live nutrition deep-dives take place via Zoom on the 1st Tuesday of every month at 12pm NZT. I’ll send out an email the day before to gather questions from anyone who can’t attend live. The recordings are added to the member portal within 24 hours so you can watch on-demand!

Do I have to be vegan/vegetarian?

Definitely not. While the recipes are built on a vibrant, plant-heavy foundation, I teach a flexible approach. These meals are designed to stand alone OR act as the perfect nutrient-dense base for added fish, chicken, or eggs. This is about what works for your body.

How long is the commitment?
