Dairy Free Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 1 c cashews
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 3/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp garlic OR onion powder optional
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper optional

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in a food processor until combined.
  • Pour into a jar or shaker and store in the fridge for up to a month.
