Coconut Caramel Maca Snow

One of my fav ways to take Maca (other than in spiced hot chocolate, of course). Earthy, sweet, caramel, malty - you'll have to make the recipe to try this tasty sensation out.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp maca powder
  • 2 medjoul dates
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 1.5-2 c ice

Instructions

  • Whizz it all together, then sprinkled desiccated coconut "snow" on top
  • Enjoy in front of the fire, with a spoon if needs be

Notes

  • You can also use brazil or cashew nut butter in the place of the almond butter.
  • And, if you don't have coconut milk, you can use 3/4 c water and 1 tbsp of desiccated coconut instead.
