Salted Chocolate Thickshake

Want something cold and creamy? Try this thickshake - it’s the best I’ve ever made. The tahini and miso combo are pure MAGIC.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • c cashew nuts
  • 2 banana sliced & frozen
  • 1 ½ c ice
  • 1 c water
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tsp miso paste
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Blend cashews in a blender to a fine flour.
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend for 30-60 seconds or until creamy. Serve immediately, or you can spoon into glasses and freeze for an hour to firm up.

Notes

  • Nut free: Replace cashews with hemp seeds.
  • If you want it thicker like a soft serve, use 2 cups of ice and no water.
