HERALD ON SUNDAY 📰 Featured my new book! Super HERALD ON SUNDAY 📰 Featured my new book! Super excited to get a double page spread in @nzherald one of my favourite Sunday papers. They showcased 3 recipes - my Waldorf Kale Salad (so good), Thai Green Curry (so classic), and this epic Grilled Asparagus w Hollandaise (so show-stopping). While asparagus are in season, you gotta try it! Once you’ve made the hollandaise you’ll never go back to the oil/egg/food coma version. It’s the foodie bizo.

MUSHROOM THYME GRAVY 🍄 Just found this one in t MUSHROOM THYME GRAVY 🍄 Just found this one in the archives. Look at baby T! This recipe is now in my book, its succcch a winner. Who would’ve known you could create a rich meaty gravy without the meat fat? Mushrooms, miso, onions and nutritional yeast - it’s magic baby. 

This gravy goes brilliantly with my Mushroom Wellington (in cooking school), Tempeh Walnut Roast (in my book), or just on a stack of baby spuds. Soo good, don’t miss it this Xmas.
