  • Chantal Organics Zentrofan Four Grain Flour is made from a blend of certified organic wholegrain wheat, rye, barley and oats. This specialty blend means that you get a wider array of nutritional benefits than you would from a standard wholegrain flour, as well as high levels of dietary fibre. Additionally, the use of the Zentofran process of milling grains gives this Flour unique nutritional properties and excellent texture for baking. By air milling the grains through the Zentrofan process, the flour is given a soft texture and light weight (making it the perfect flour for bread making and baking alike), the grains are also kept cool and their nutritional properties remain intact, without being affected by heat.
