  • Rye flour is milled from the whole grains of rye grass and is closely related to wheat flour. Because Rye is a lot harder to refine than wheat, it retains more nutrients. Making it an incredible source of soluble fibre, vitamin E, magnesium, iron and potassium. It has a slightly sour taste and is specifically used to prepare Rye bread and sourdough bread, which are generally darker and denser with a distinctive flavour against other types of bread.

  • Use Rye flour in all your baking and cooking recipes.

    Once opened, store in a sealed container in a cool, dry place and keep away from direct sunlight.
