  • Turtle beans, also known as black beans, have a delicious earthy flavour. When cooked, they have a soft and creamy texture. Black beans are famous in Latin American culture, used in dishes such as tacos and enchiladas. They are also a wonderful addition to salads, rice dishes, soups or can even be used to make burger patties.

  • You can use these beans in stews, soups, salads, and stir-fries.

Once opened, store in a sealed container in a cool, dry place and keep away from direct sunlight.
