Green smoothies are a wonderful easy way of upping your leafy green intake. This delicious recipe comes from our lovely friend Danijela of Healthy Always. You can check out our interview with her here. It includes a trio of tasty tropical delights - coconut, pineapple and banana, and is sure to bring a bit of spring into your day.
1c coconut water1/4 avocadoA handful of baby spinach1/2c pineapple (or more/less to taste)1/2c frozen banana (or more/less to taste)
Blend until smooth and enjoy ice cold.
