This is a space to share with you my knowledge and discoveries on food, plant-based nutrition, holistic health and organics. I have always loved food - researching it, reading about it, talking about it, cooking it, drooling over it, photographing it, eating it, sharing it, and reminiscing about it. Over the years I have grown to develop a real love for organic plant-based wholefoods and products, as close to nature as possible. The power of plant-based products is amazing! I am also pretty darn passionate about the environment and minimising our footprint on this beautiful planet, as well as reducing the negative impact we have on the wonderful species we share this crazy world with. Spread the love I say.
Be Goodness is a place for me to share my love, knowledge, passion and research discoveries with you. There will be delicious healthy organic recipes, lots of drool worthy photos, as well as plenty of organic healthy living tips and ideas.

These deliciously dark and mysterious tarts are just a little bit special, with a secret ingredient. Modestly sweet, with an earthy, nutty flavour- a lovely change from the usual fruity/chocolate affairs - give them a go, and fall in love!
These light and fruity muffins use one of my favourite fruits – feijoas! If you’re a feijoa fan you’ll love these (and if not, come to NZ to try them). Best of all, they have no added sugar – just the natural sweetness of feijoas, coconut, dates, and vanilla.
