This is a space to share with you my knowledge and discoveries on food, plant-based nutrition, holistic health and organics. I have always loved food - researching it, reading about it, talking about it, cooking it, drooling over it, photographing it, eating it, sharing it, and reminiscing about it. Over the years I have grown to develop a real love for organic plant-based wholefoods and products, as close to nature as possible. The power of plant-based products is amazing! I am also pretty darn passionate about the environment and minimising our footprint on this beautiful planet, as well as reducing the negative impact we have on the wonderful species we share this crazy world with. You will be blown away by the incredible flavour of this quick and easy no-bake crumble. Think juicy sweet apple, a dotting of sour blackberries, all encased in a buttery, walnut-y crumb. Add a dollop of coconut yoghurt or ice cream, and afternoon tea/dessert is served!
