Ceres Organics

  • Pick your choice from our delicious range of wholegrain certified organic flours: Amaranth, Besan (Chickpea), Brown Rice, Buckwheat, Coconut, Millet, Oat, Quinoa, Rye, Tapioca and Wholemeal Spelt. They can all be used as substitutes for your regular white wheat flour, and are much healthier alternatives. Try a few out, see what takes your fancy!

    All our flours are gluten free except for Oat Flour, Rye Flour and Wholemeal Spelt, although all of these are lower in gluten than regular white wheat flour (and much healthier). Rye flour, for example, is widely used in the traditional dark dense rye bread made in Denmark, which is known for its health properties. Wholemeal Spelt is an older version of regular wheat grain, which has not been tampered with by large industrial food companies, and thus has naturally lower levels of gluten (and is much more easily digestible).
  • Use these flours in all your baking and cooking recipes.

    Once opened, store in a sealed container in a cool, dry place and keep away from direct sunlight.
