  • Kelp Noodles are a sea vegetable in the form of an easy to eat noodle. Made of only kelp (a sea vegetable), sodium alginate (sodium salt extracted from a brown seaweed), and water, Kelp Noodles are fat-free, gluten free and very low in carbohydrates and calories. Their noodle form and neutral taste allow for a variety of uses including in salads and stir-fries. They provide a rich source of trace minerals including iodine, which kelp is well known for, and is important for optimal thyroid function.

    Kelp Noodles make a super healthy and tasty alternative to regular white wheat pasta and noodles.
  • No cooking is required, just rinse, cut noodles into your desired length, and add to any dish and they're ready to go. They're best added right at the end of cooking, so as not to heat them too much and destroy the valuable nutrients.

    After opening, store any unused noodles in water.
