  • Our Ceres Organics Certified Organic Desiccated Coconut and Coconut Chips are made from the dried white flesh of organically grown coconuts. These coconuts are sourced from Sri Lanka and the Philippines under the New Zealand EcoSocial ethical and socially responsible sourcing certification. There are absolutely no artificial ingredients, preservatives, or chemical sprays used on these coconuts or in the manufacturing process.

    Now also available in a 1.5kg and 2kg bulk size for the avid bakers amongst (NZ delivery only).
  • Desiccated coconut and coconut chips can be used in baking, raw and cooked desserts, added to muesli, sprinkled over fresh fruit, made into fresh coconut milk and coconut butter, or added to curries.

    Store in a sealed container in a cool, dry place and keep away from direct sunlight.
